Ileana, who has been roped in for the 3 Idiots remake, says that director Shankar is one of the main reasons for her to sign up for this project. She states that offers from Kollywood were pouring in but she wanted to work alongside a top director to make a mark.The actress has the same opinion about her entry to Bollywood. Ileana is clear that she would not take up a Hindi film unless it is directed by one of the top directors in the country or has star power.
On 3 Idiots remake, all that the actress was willing to disclose is that she would not copy Kareena Kapoor, who essayed the role in the original.
