With regular updates about stars being chosen and pulling out of the Tamil remake of 3 Idiots ever since the project was announced, the latest update comes as a dampener of sorts. Vijay, Srikanth and Jeeva were finally chosen to be the lead actors with Ileana as the heroine for the movie. But it is now learnt, from industry sources, that Vijay, who was supposed to play Aamir Khan's character in Tamil, has pulled out of the project.
It is rumoured that Vijay felt that his dates for the blockbuster remake will clash with that of his already committed Velayudham. Shankar must be a worried man after this episode. We will keep you posted on what brews next in this context!
